Belarus, Russia to discuss economic policy within Single Economic Space

MINSK, 6 April (BelTA) – The coordinated economic policy within the Single Economic Space (SES), mechanisms of its implementation and response to any possible challenges will be considered in a joint meeting of the board of the Economy Ministry of the Republic of Belarus and the board of the Ministry for Economic Development of the Russian Federation in Moscow on 6 April, BelTA learnt from the public relations department of the Economy Ministry. The Belarusian delegation led by Economy Minister Nikolai Snopkov will comprise his deputies Alexander Yaroshenko and Dmitry Golukhov, heads of several departments and offices of the Economy Ministry. The sides will consider the macroeconomic development forecast of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus taking into account economic integration for 2012 and through 2014. The agenda also includes the issues of current importance for bilateral trade and economic cooperation.
