No deficit in Belarus budget in 2009
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has signed a decree to set the limit of the 2009 national budget deficit as large as zero rubles, the press service of the head of state told BelTA. Thus, revenues of the national budget are supposed to be equal to expenses of the national budget.БЕЛТА
