Presidents of Belarus, Russia may meet this summer
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev may hold a meeting this summer, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Belarus Alexander Surikov told a press conference on June 9. “The presidents may meet some time in the end of summer. Then gas issues will be more tangible,” said the Ambassador. Alexander Surikov remarked, there are no acute issues in relations between Russia and Belarus, “there are only routine economic and integration matters”.
