18.8% of voters vote early over four days of election to local councils of deputies in Belarus
Over the four days, from January 9 till January 12, of the early voting for the election to the local councils of deputies, 18.8% of voters voted early, BelTA has been informed in the central election commission of Belarus.
Voters of Gomel oblast were most active – 24.1% of the residents of Gomel oblast on the voters’ list. In Brest oblast 19.1% voted early, in Vitebsk oblast - 23.3%, in Grodno oblast – 18.4%, in Minsk oblast – 20.1%, in Mogilev oblast – 14.1% and in the city of Minsk – 12.4%.
A reminder: Today the early voting will be finished. Polling stations function from 10am till 2pm and from 4pm till 7pm. The main election day is January 14th. Tomorrow, the polling stations will work from 8am till 8pm without a break.
