BNYU activists taking part in Nesvizh castle reconstruction
Thirty activists of Gomel region committee of the public association Belarusian National Youth Union joined the reconstruction of Nesvizh castle.
Representatives of the BNYU Gomel region committee told BelTA, the first group of the action participants are students of Gomel universities, who arrived in Nesvizh yesterday. Today the guys were instructed by specialists and are fit for unskilled labour. The students will take part in reinforcing the castle’s fundament, walls and in accomplishing the territory.
Along with labouring hard the students will enjoy a nice entertainment programme. Various sport, tourism, and culture events will be arranged for them by the youth affairs and culture department of the city upon Sozh.
The source said, the students will stay in Nesvizh until the new academic year begins.
Let us remind you, over 2,000 young Gomel residents are now working in BNYU voluntary labour groups. There are 46 such groups in and outside the region. Most of them are engaged at agricultural enterprises, construction sites and in accomplishing the region’s settlements.
