For first time Belarusian racing cyclist to compete in Tour de France
For the first time Belarusian racing cyclist Konstantin Sivtsov will compete in Tour de France, one of the world’s most prestigious cycle races, BelTA was told by senior coach of the cycle racing team of Gomel oblast Leonid Liubeznikov.
According to him, this year the organizers of the sports competition, which will start from London in early July, allowed the South African cycle racing team Barloworld to compete in the race. Konstantin Sivtsov is one of its members. According to Leonid Liubeznikov, the Belarusian racing cyclist has good chances to show excellent results.
Konstantin Sivtsov used to attend the children’s sports school in the village of Kommunar, the Buda-Koshelevo region.
