Gomel oblast to host Days of Bulgaria on December 12-13
On December 12-13, the Days of Bulgaria will be held in the Gomel oblast, BelTA learnt in the foreign-economic department of the economy committee of the Gomel Oblast Executive Committee.
A delegation of the Bulgarian embassy led by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bulgaria to Belarus Petko Ganchev will pay a visit to the south-east region of the country. The guests are expected to visit Gomselmash (a farm machinery producer) and the Vetka Museum of Folk Art. The Bulgarian guests will meet with Gomel oblast’s Governor Alexander Yakobson.
The Bulgarian guests prepared a cultural programme as well. The literary party dedicated to the 130th anniversary of liberation of Bulgaria from Ottoman Rule will be held in the Gomel Palace and Park Ensemble. The Bulgarian Ambassador will take part in the lecture about the development of the Slavonic civilization which will be given to students of Gomel Frantsysk Skaryna University.
The Days of Bulgarian films will be held in movie theaters of Gomel on December 12-14.
