Gomel seminar to table preparation of school students for IT competition
A national seminar of the Belarusian education ministry “Detection and development of intellectual and creative skills of children and students, their preparation for the national information technologies competition through expanding additional educational services” will take place in Gomel on November 14-15.
Deputy head of the education department of Gomel region administration Lidiya Kategova told BelTA, the event will gather representatives of the education ministry, pedagogical workers of secondary schools and new types of educational establishments from all over Belarus.
Participants of the national seminar are expected to talk over aspects of preparing school students for the national information technologies competition. Besides, Gomel pedagogues are intent on sharing their experience of developing intellectual and creative skills of gifted students in the information technologies field.
