The photo exhibition “China: Latitude 30° N” will open at the Gavriil Vaschenko Art Gallery in Gomel on February 11, BelTA has learnt.
The exhibition is held under the auspices of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Belarus. It will feature over 60 photographs of natural and cultural sights in China and photos telling about economic and social achievements of the country. The topic “30 degrees North Latitude” was not chosen by accident. One third of the china’s total population lives there, and thirteen sites of natural and cultural heritage are situated there.
The exposition will stay open until March 8.
