In September-October Gomselmash to export 500 combine harvesters
In line with the business plan, in September-December the Gomselmash Production Association will make 500 grain harvesters which will be exported to Russia and Ukraine, BelTA learnt from the sales department of the company.
Under the contract with the Technotorg Company, a Gomselamsh official dealer, 300 harvesters Palesie GS12 and GS812 will be delivered to Ukraine. Another 100 Belarusian harvesters will be assembled jointly with Ukraine's Kherson and Belaya Tserkov machinery construction plants.
In 2008 Gomselmash plans to make over 3,000 combine harvesters; most of them will be exported to Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, China, the Czech Republic and other countries. In 2008, the company's exports revenues will be approximately $200 million, up 7 times from 2005.
