International tent camp Krynichka to gather about 300 children from Belarus, Russia and Ukraine

The international tent camp Krynichka will gather about 300 children from Belarus, Russia and Ukraine, BelTA has been told by deputy director of the Rogachev regional center of out-of-school activities Vera Naumova. The meeting will be held on June 26 - July 6 on the bank of Lake Dobroye near of the village of Khodosovichi in the Rogachev region and will be dedicated to the friendship between the Slavonic nations. According to the source, for the first time the camp was broke on the territory of the Rogachev region in 1993. During a decade only local pupils spent their holidays there. In 2003, it became international. For example, this year it will gather schoolchildren from Gomel oblast, Smolensk, Vologda, Kursk, Kursk, Bryansk and Moscow oblasts, the Zhitomir and Chernigov regions. The participants will hold the 2nd international contest of children’s press “Slavonic Spring” and a contest for the best radio DJ. The organizers of the camp will also implement a short-term programme of self-knowledge and creative self-actualization “The world of seven I”, which main goal is to promote development of personality. The Belarusian pupils will organize an independent programme by the Independence Day of Belarus.
