Italian entertainment center to be built in Gomel in 2010
GOMEL, 3 December (BelTA) – An Italian entertainment and leisure center will be built in Gomel in 2010, BelTA learnt from head of economic department of the Gomel City Council Natalya Gevraseva.
The center will take the premises of a former restaurant. It will include a restaurant, a cafe serving Italian cuisine, gambling halls, parking space and other facilities. Italian investors are set to invest more than ?2 million in the project. Designing and renovation of the building is underway.
According to Natalya Gevraseva, a number of investment projects with the use of Italian capita (an Italian pizzeria, ice cream cafe, brand clothes store) l have been carried out in Gomel. The sides implement joint projects in public catering, trade and services. In January-October 2009 Belarus imported $25 million worth of goods mainly equipment and component parts for industrial companies.
