Lubuskie province of Poland is interested in Belarusian agricultural machinery and construction materials

The Lubuskie province of Poland intends to develop economic cooperation with the Gomel oblast, Sebastian Ciemnoczolowski, the Vice Marshall of the Lubuskie Province and the head of the delegation of the Polish region, which attends the Gomel Investment Forum, told reporters on May 22. Polish businessmen are interested in purchasing the Belarusian agricultural machinery, construction materials and some other kinds of products. The participation of the Polish capital in investment projects in Free Economic Zone Gomel-Raton is promising too. In turn, the Poles are ready to propose up-to-date agricultural technologies. According to Sebastian Ciemnoczolowski, the basic contacts between the regions will be connected with the economic activity. However, it does not exclude the cooperation in the cultural area. The Vice Marshall proposed Gomel singers to take part in the famous song festival in Zielona Gora. The Polish delegation also had talks with the leadership of the Dobrush region of the Gomel oblast. The two sides decided to establish twin towns relations between Dobrush and one of the towns of the Lubuskie province. The Polish delegation which arrived in Gomel includes businessmen, heads of the West Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
