More than 500 people from Gomel to take part in festival of working youth “On the Way to Olympus”
More than 500 people from Gomel will take part in festival of working youth “On the Way to Olympus”. The festival’s camp opens today near the village of Teriukha, Gomel region.
The festival gathering working young people has been held for the second year, chief of the department for youth policy of the Gomel town council Vladimir Privalov told BelTA. This year more than 20 companies headquartered in Gomel are taking part in it. According to Vladimir Privalov, the main aim of the festival is to involve young people into the town’s social life and to popularize moral and patriotic values and also healthy lifestyle.
The festival “On the Way to Olympus” will close on July 23. It is then when the winning teams will be announced.
