In January-November 2008, Belarus’ GDP totaled Br116.622.8 trillion, up 10.8% in comparable prices over the same period last year, the National Statistics Committee told BelTA.
The industrial output was up 29.4%, agriculture – 8.8%, construction – 8.9%, transport and communications – 7.8%, trade – 19.1%.
In January-November 2008, the GDP production growth made up 16.7% as against the same point of 2007, agriculture – 9.4%, construction – 22.7%, transport and communications – 6.1%, trade – 18.8%. The GDP deflator amounted to 21.4% in January-November 2008.
