Belarus President to partake in SSC in Moscow on 10 December
MINSK, 9 December (BelTA) – Chairman of the Supreme State Council (SSC) of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko will take part in a session of the SSC in Moscow on 10 December, BelTA learnt from the presidential press service.
The participants of the session will discuss the results of the bilateral trade and economic cooperation in January-September 2009, the implementation of the joint crisis management plan, energy, military and technical cooperation, provision of equal rights to the citizens of Belarus and Russia and the implementation of the Union State social develop concept until 2010, the preparation for the celebration of the 65th anniversary of the Great Victory, cultural and humanitarian cooperation. The participants of the session are also to adopt the Union State budget for 2010 and the Foreign Policy Coordinated Action Plan for 2010-2011.
Apart from that, the presidents of Belarus and Russia are to hold a private session.
