Foreign businessmen flock to Rechitsainvest 2011 forum
GOMEL, 11 November (BelTA) – The investment economic forum Rechitsainvest 2011 gathered representatives of business circles and diplomatic missions of Russia, Ukraine, Italy, Czechia, Slovakia, and other CIS and non-CIS states in the Belarusian town of Rechitsa on 11 November, BelTA learned from representatives of the Ideology Department of the Rechitsa District Executive Committee.
At the forum investors and partners will be made familiar with the industrial potential of Rechitsa District and with promising projects, which implementation is topical for the region. Cooperation will be discussed in detail at a roundtable session and during visits to enterprises.
There are plans to sign several agreements. In particular, Rechitsa District and Vyborg District of Russia’s Leningrad Oblast will sign an agreement on trade, economic, scientific, technical, cultural and social cooperation.
There are plans to hold negotiations with potential investors to discuss the construction of an enterprise to utilize lignin and provide heating services, to start manufacturing disposable medical instruments, make printing products and other projects.
